I'm an engineering student at Mines Nancy (Ingénieur Civil des Mines) in the Mathematical Engineering Department, where I focus on stochastic processes, partial differential equations, data analysis and machine learning. My goal is a career in quantitative finance, where rigorous modelling meets real market problems.Before Mines Nancy, I ranked 1st in my class at La Prépa des INP, and earlier graduated with highest honours from Côte d'Ivoire's leading science high school.My exposure to finance is hands-on:• At Bloomfield Investment Corporation, a leading African credit rating agency, I contributed to credit rating reports and researched the economic and industry context of rated companies.• As Treasurer of Mines Services, our Junior-Entreprise (~€50k annual revenue), I manage the association's funds, build and track the budget, and handle accounting and tax filings.I code in Python, R, MATLAB and SQL. I'm looking for a 2-month quantitative finance internship starting in June 2027 (quant research, structuring, risk or trading), and preparing applications to selective master's programs in financial mathematics.Languages: French (native) · English (Cambridge B2, C1 in progress) · German (B1 in progress)
