Dans le cadre des "Projets citoyens", accompagné d'une experte en management relationnel, je fais découvrir la gestion de projets aux jeunes étudiants ingénieurs tout juste sorti de prépa ! L'objectif est de leur faire apprendre les basique du management de projet par la conduite d'un projet réel à vocation citoyenne auprès d'une école, d'une association, d'un lycée. L'objectif étant de les aider à prendre en mains et à piloter au mieux leur projet via des cours et des coachings.

As an independant project manager, I help medical professionnals on 2 differents missions:
- Software development for medical purposes such as diagnostics, analysis or patient management
- Digital solution introduction such as electronic documentation management system, traceability software

As a local elected official, I lead digital transformation projects over the city.

Consultant for Baxter.

Project manager on dialysis devices, I led a digital transition for R&D files (DHF) on Teamcenter Unified.
My main activities were:
- Scanning and implementation activities follow up
- Classification files and folders definition
- R&D workflow design
- Users training

As a R&D consultant for Guerbet, I worked on the development of the medical device Constrast&Care which is a traceability software for medical imaging.

My different tasks were:

Numerous missions around IT organisation in banking and health industries :

- Framing ERP update
- Awareness of IT security strategy
- E-learning production
- IT job evolution strategy
- Methods and process audit of IT operations

This short internship was done in the new Irish division.

Two missions
- Support an IT and HR project on a career website
- Adapt French and US quality procedures for Ireland business

Competencies developed:
- Javascript, HTML for web languages. Sharepoint to link the website to Sharepoint lists that makes the HR able to edit the website without modify the website files.

BD Medical Pharmaceutical Systems, a division a BD that sells syringes and medical devices to the pharmaceutical industry.

I worked in the Product Development to Launch team, which is the team that do line extension to actual product.
I was in the Safety cluster, which is the cluster that develop safety medical devices (see example of a device below). This cluster is relatively new as it was created when BD acquired Safety Syringes Inc in 2013.

My missions were:
- Development of two new test methods in Mexico and France in parallel
- Finding new functional specificities to improve syringe assembly
- Gather, modify and make validate specification documentations to industrialize the demonstration products

Competencies developed:
- Test development on plastic parts
- International projects management
- SAP ECC6 as user to extract documents from Bill Of Materials and to follow validation on the BOM and documents of the demonstration products

Product Engineer Trainee during a six-month internship at Orao, the optic brand of the group that designs and produces sunglasses, binoculars, magnifiers, ski masks and swimming googles.

I was in charge of 4 missions around product development :
- Test development based on laboratory testing and user testing
- Documents transfer
- Quality follow-up
- Design Guidelines edition
